1. Order Processing
Once your payment is confirmed, we typically process your order within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been successfully placed and another notification once your items have shipped.
Note: Orders received after 9:00 AM (PST) on Friday, or during weekends/holidays, will be processed the following business day..
2. North American Shipping (USA & Canada)
We utilize a global fulfilment network to provide the most competitive pricing on professional gaming accessories.
• 🇺🇸 United States: We ship nationwide, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS.
• 🇨🇦 Canada: We ship to all provinces. Please note: Canadian orders are tax-exempt and do not require import taxes or duties at delivery.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Standart Shipping
• Orders will shipped on the next business day.
• During holidays, we will be processed on the following business day (usually Monday).
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide and offer the following options for international customers:
A) DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) via GlobalPost Plus

• Flat-rate shipping fee includes all taxes and duties

C) GlobalPost Standard International
Available in:
Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Costa Rica, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates
• Shipping rates vary by destination
• Duties and taxes are not included and may be charged by your local customs office upon arrival
• Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment status. Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal service efficiency.
4. Delivery & Liability
• Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. MinoanGZ is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
• Package Security: Once the carrier marks a package as "Delivered," it is the responsibility of the customer. If your package is missing after delivery, contact us at Contact@minoangz.com and we will assist you in the claims process with the carrier.
• Unpaid Duties: For regions where duties apply (excluding Canada), orders returned due to unpaid fees are not eligible for a refund.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. MinoanGZ is not liable for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly if you encounter issues.
6. APO / PO Boxes
We do ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses using USPS. Delivery timelines may be longer for these destinations.
